C'OLD FASHIONED

2 oz      cold brew * (or Coffee Liqueur)

2 oz      bourbon

1 oz      simple syrup

2 dashes orange bitters

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the coffee, simple syrup, bourbon and bitters. Stir until very cold. Strain into a short glass and serve. Garnish with an orange slice.
